We deliver nationwide across Kenya. Nairobi orders placed before 2 PM on weekdays are typically delivered the same day or next business day. Deliveries outside Nairobi usually take 1-3 business days depending on the destination.
Yes, cash on delivery (COD) is available for orders within Nairobi. For orders outside Nairobi, payment is required in advance via M-Pesa, bank transfer, or card.
Yes, we guarantee 100% genuine accessories. All products are sourced directly from authorized suppliers — we do not sell counterfeit or fake items.
You can pay via Lipa na M-Pesa. After placing your order, we will send you the paybill/till details needed to complete payment.
Most accessories (chargers, cables, power banks) come with a 6-12 month warranty against manufacturing defects, depending on the product and brand. Warranty details are listed on each product page.
Shipping fees vary by location, typically KES 200-1,000, and are paid to the delivery agent on arrival. Nairobi deliveries are at the lower end of that range.

Yes. We are a walk-in shop at Woodvale Centre, Shops ML 46-48, Woodvale Grove, Westlands, Nairobi, opposite Westlands Market. We are open Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and closed on Sunday. No appointment is needed — you can come in, buy over the counter, and leave with your item the same day.
We are in Woodvale Centre, Shops ML 46-48, Woodvale Grove, Westlands, Nairobi, directly opposite Westlands Market. By matatu, take any Westlands-bound matatu and alight at Westlands Market — we are in the block opposite, on the mezzanine level. By car, head for Woodvale Grove; parking is available around Woodvale Centre and along the grove.
Yes. Choose "Collect from our shop" at checkout instead of delivery and there is no delivery fee. We will call you on the number you provide once the order is ready, and you collect it at Woodvale Centre, Shops ML 46-48, Woodvale Grove, Westlands, Nairobi during opening hours.
